Adventures in blended learning 2

Hmmm...
Well it wouldn't be an accurate log of the adventure if the problems weren't discussed too, so here goes.
The library at our school has usually been used on a drop-in basis. Now with my classes using 11 out of 30 periods, use has to be a little more structured. Despite all my efforts to consult both in person and by email, conflict has arisen.
I am feeling frustrated and  upset because I think that with a bit of scheduling, everyone can get the time they need and all of a sudden a great resource at our school will be used to its full potential.
Next day...
Another staff member reached out to say they are willing to work at the schedule and are already seeing how it can work. Nice!
