Fun And Easy Ideas from BIT Slam

OK, this was a long time ago:)
But it seems that vacation offers time to finally delve into some interesting ideas. BIT Slam offered about a dozen new ones, and here are just a few that I think I could use or adapt.
The first is so fun and obvious that it got my vote as the best idea of all!
No more Evil Line
You know when you post a form or sheet that's a Word document, and there are lines (or, EVIL lines)... Then you or your students start typing and the line just keeps on growing? Wrecking any formatting, causing more problems? To fix this forever, just make a table with one box and insert that instead of the line. Yay, no more line.
Incredibox music loops
Incredibox is a musical game that helps you create a mix very easily by managing a band of beatboxers. Enjoyed by music teachers, Incredibox is also used in schools to introduce rhythm to children. Super easy to use, and fun visuals.
Flippity adds great things to Google sheets
An add-on to easily make flash cards, a quiz show, hangman, spelling quiz, random name picker, mix and match, badge tracker, progress tracker, mad line, quiz plus certificate. May be possible soon at our O365 board... fingers crossed!
Edpuzzle
One of those free things that replaces costly programs... Install it, then take existing videos from Youtube, Khan Academy, etc. or upload your own. You can pause the video and ask questions or elicit a response. "Enable self-paced learning with interactive lessons, add your voice and questions along the video. Know if your students are watching your videos, how many times and see the answers they give."
Feedback for students' coding
Dr Scratch assesses Scratch coding projects and if you click on the evaluation category gives you feedback. "An analytical tool that evaluates Scratch projects in a variety of computational areas.
